Start a new stage
Going from sleeping in a crib to sleeping in an adult bed is a change for children, especially since it usually means sleeping alone in their room. In addition, it is also the right time to start using a child pillow. This should be of low firmness so that the head, neck and back (that is, the entire spine) are in the same position as when standing.
As children grow, the pillow can and should evolve with them. Between 2 and 10 years of age, we recommend pillows with a low level of firmness or support, although we must take into account both the child’s constitution, as well as their sleeping position and their preferences for touch and height.
